New Homes

Now is the time to build a new Home with construction way down nation wide. Material and labor are down from just a year or two ago. For example, OSB sheathing is half the price it was 20 months ago. Other advantages are the over-abundance of lots caused from over speculation of developers in the housing boom. And then, of course, there are the traditional savings of a new home:
